Ingredients
- plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole)1 cup
- mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or thawed1 cup
- low-sugar granola1/3 cup
- honey or maple syrup (optional)1 tbsp
- chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)1 tbsp
Steps
- 1.Wash berries; slice larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- 2.Spoon half the yogurt evenly into two small cups or bowls.
- 3.Top yogurt layers with half the mixed berries in each cup.
- 4.Sprinkle half the granola over the berries in each cup.
- 5.Repeat with remaining yogurt, berries and granola to make a second layer.
- 6.Drizzle each parfait with 1/2 tbsp honey and sprinkle with chia seeds if using; serve immediately.
