A light, cooling snack of juicy watermelon cubes paired with a small feta cube and fresh basil—bright, hydrating and portion controlled.
Nutrition per serving
Ingredients
- watermelon cubes (about 150 g)1 cup
- feta cheese, cut into small cubes30 g
- 6–8 fresh basil leaves
- fresh lime juice1 tsp
- Freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- 1.Cut watermelon into bite sized cubes and pat lightly to remove excess juice.
- 2.Cut feta into small cubes and tear basil leaves into halves.
- 3.Thread a watermelon cube, a basil piece and a feta cube onto a toothpick or skewer.
- 4.Finish with a small squeeze of lime and a crack of black pepper.
- 5.Serve immediately chilled or keep in fridge up to 1 hour before serving.
