Ingredients
- banana1/2
- Handful spinach30 g
- mixed berries (frozen or fresh)1/2 cup
- plain yogurt1/2 cup
- rolled oats2 tbsp
- ground flaxseed1 tsp
- Water or milk to thin
Steps
- 1.Place spinach, banana, berries, yogurt, oats and flax in a blender.
- 2.Add a splash of milk or water and blend until smooth.
- 3.Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
- 4.Rinse blender promptly afterwards.
