Ingredients
- Besan (gram flour) 70 g
- Onion 1/4 small chopped
- Green chili 1 small
- Turmeric pinch
- Mint bunch small and 1/2 lemon for chutney
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt
Steps
- 1.Whisk besan with water into a pourable batter; add chopped onion, chili, turmeric and salt.
- 2.Heat a nonstick pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread into a pancake.
- 3.Cook until edges lift, flip and cook other side with a little oil.
- 4.Blend mint, cilantro, green chili, lemon and salt to a quick chutney and serve with cheela.
