Ingredients
- cooked rajma (kidney beans)3/4 cup
- cooked brown rice1/2 cup
- onion1 small
- tomato1 small
- cumin seeds1/2 tsp
- oil1 tsp
- Salt and garam masala
Steps
- 1.Heat oil, add cumin seeds then sauté onion until golden.
- 2.Add tomato, cook 2 minutes and add rajma with 1/4 cup water.
- 3.Simmer 10 minutes to thicken and add garam masala.
- 4.Serve rajma over warm jeera spiced brown rice.
