A quick, protein-rich egg wrap with spinach and cherry tomatoes; ready in minutes for a filling morning meal.

Ingredients
- eggs4 large
- whole-grain tortillas (8-inch)2
- baby spinach, packed1 cup
- cherry tomatoes, halved6
- shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup
- olive oil1 tbsp
- Salt and black pepperto taste
Steps
- 1.Crack eggs into bowl and whisk lightly with salt and pepper
- 2.Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium, add spinach and tomatoes, sauté 1 minute
- 3.Pour eggs into skillet, gently scramble until mostly set, about 2–3 minutes
- 4.Sprinkle cheese, fold eggs and remove from heat
- 5.Warm tortillas 15 seconds in microwave or skillet, divide egg filling between tortillas and roll
