- Handful spinach chopped30 g
- crumbled feta1 tbsp
- oil or butter1 tsp
- whole wheat bread1 slice
- Salt and pepperto taste
Steps
- 1.Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat oil, sauté spinach 1 minute until wilted.
- 3.Pour eggs, add feta and cook until set, fold omelette.
