A bright, quick green smoothie that blends fresh spinach, sweet apple and a kick of ginger with lemon for brightness. Ready in minutes—good for breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients
- packed fresh spinach (about 90 g)3 cups
- apple, cored and roughly chopped (about 182 g)1 medium
- fresh ginger, peeled and grated (about 6 g)1 tablespoon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- cold water (or water + ice), to blend1 cup
Steps
- 1.Add the chopped apple, spinach, grated ginger and lemon juice to a blender.
- 2.Pour in the water (or water + ice). Blend on high until completely smooth, 30–60 seconds. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- 3.Taste and adjust: add a little more lemon for brightness or a touch of honey if you want it sweeter (optional). Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
