- English cucumber, sliced into 12 rounds1 large
- smoked salmon, torn into pieces4 oz
- or low-fat)1/3 cup Greek yogurt (full
- lemon zest1 teaspoon
- chopped fresh dill or chives1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepperto taste
Steps
- 1.Mix Greek yogurt with lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
