Ingredients
- Low-fat cottage cheese 1 cup (about 225 g)
- Apple 1 medium, cored and thinly sliced
- Raw almonds 2 tbsp, roughly chopped
- Ground cinnamon pinch
- Honey 1 tsp (optional)
Steps
- 1.Split cottage cheese into two small bowls (1/2 cup each).
- 2.Arrange apple slices on top of cottage cheese, sprinkle chopped almonds and a pinch of cinnamon.
- 3.Drizzle 1/2 tsp honey per bowl if desired; serve immediately.
