Ingredients
- scoops unflavored or vanilla whey/pea protein (about 60 g)2
- 2 cups fresh spinach60 g
- avocado1/2 medium
- ripe banana1 small
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt120 g
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water240 ml
- ground flaxseed1 tbsp
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- ice cubes6
Steps
- 1.Place spinach, avocado, banana, and yogurt in blender
- 2.Add protein powder, flaxseed, lemon juice, and milk
- 3.Blend until completely smooth and creamy
- 4.Add ice and blend briefly if thicker texture desired
- 5.Pour into two bottles or glasses
