Ingredients
- 4–5 medium strawberries (about 80 g), hulled and sliced
- (28 g) fresh mozzarella, sliced1 oz
- 6–8 fresh basil leaves
- extra-virgin olive oil1 tbsp
- Pinch flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: few drops balsamic vinegar reduction (use sparingly for stricter keto)
Steps
- 1.Arrange alternating slices of strawberry and mozzarella on a small plate.
- 2.Tuck basil leaves between the slices for fragrance and color.
- 3.Drizzle olive oil evenly over the stack. Season with a light pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 4.If using, add 2–3 drops of a thick balsamic reduction (optional). Serve immediately.
