Spiced chickpeas paired with store-bought or quick pan-fried bhature/puri. Use canned chickpeas for a faster version.

Ingredients
- Cooked chickpeas 100 g (or 1/2 cup canned)
- Bhature or puris (store bought frozen or small batch dough)
- Onion 1/4 small
- Tomato 1/2
- Ginger garlic
- Oil for frying or pan-cooking
- Coriander and chaat masala
Steps
- 1.If using canned chickpeas, heat them in a pan with chopped onion, tomato and spices until thick.
- 2.If using store-bought bhature or puris, follow package instructions to heat or shallow fry.
- 3.Assemble chickpeas on a plate, serve with warm bhature or puri and sliced onion and lemon.
- 4.Sprinkle chaat masala and cilantro before serving.
