Ingredients
- (150 g) seedless grapes, halved1 cup
- (240 g) plain yogurt1 cup
- chopped cilantro1 tablespoon
- roasted cumin powder1/4 teaspoon
- lemon juice1/2 teaspoon
- salt (adjust to taste)1/8 teaspoon
- Pinch black pepper
Steps
- 1.Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
- 2.Stir in roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
- 3.Fold in the halved grapes and chopped cilantro.
- 4.Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- 5.Total make-ahead: can be chilled up to 2 hours; stir before serving.
